VST offers a full range of photography sessions and products. From indoor or outdoor team and individual photos to live team and composite build teams. On campus or on location. Custom team or individual banners and graphics.
Our calendars fill up quickly so we advise coaches to book their sessions as soon as they get their seasons calendars. On average most teams book up to 2-3 months prior to day of photos. We have a large staff who can accomadate multiple events daily so even if it is last minute give us a call. Chances are we can still accommodate your needs:)
We photograph it all ! Although we try to showcase every type of team we photograph website space is limited. Reach out to hear how we can make team photos stress free on coaches!
Yes we have a wide selection of photo products for sale online. If there is something your team is looking for that you do not see on our flyers please reach out to our sales team.
Yes, there will be a 2nd chance to place an order. As long as your student participated in taking their individual picture and/or group picture. The new link and personal passcode will be given as a 4x10 flyer to your student when preorders are distributed to the school. If you do not receive the flyer with this information, please email customer service with the name of the school, the activity, and your student's first and last name, and they will assist you with this information. Preorders do cost less as you save on shipping so we advise getting those orders in early .
Our Company runs on a pre-pay system and does not provide proofs before purchasing. We guarantee a 100% refund by returning your order to us if you are not happy with your pictures. VST will do its best to correct any issues you might have with your order.

If you would like to see the portrait before purchasing, you may wait for the 2nd chance option that will arrive 3-4 weeks after the portrait date. Please note that the Portrait pricing and items will differ from prepay packaging and shipping rates will apply.
Yes, As long as your son/daughter has taken their portrait with our photographer on day of photographs. This can happen if they fill out a form or an 'I forgot my money today' order form that our photographers carry with them. Make sure that they speak up to the photographer about taking their pictures.
If you would like to receive them as soon as possible along with the rest of those that order, it would be best to pay on the day of picture day or before the prepay link expires. The prepay link will be available 1 day after the portrait session. If the session is on a Friday, it will expire by that following Sunday. Saturday sessions will have the prepay link expire that following Monday.

If you miss your deadline to Pre-Pay online, there will be a 2nd chance to place an order 3-4 weeks after the portrait date. Portrait pricing and items will differ from prepay packaging and shipping rates will apply. So please order early to save!
It is up to the discretion of the coach to schedule a makeup day. However, if there is no make-up date scheduled, we may schedule a day where our photographers will head to the school within the following week or month to photograph another sport. If no photographers are headed your child's school any time soon, we may help with giving you the closest school to go to and do a retake.
